Cher Lloyd was in the Today show in New York City on August 30 donning a custom-made flamboyant multi-colored uber mini with some black Nikes and girly socks.
Later she switched to a tee, leggings, and F21 denim jacket outfit for a signing event at a Best Buy store.
Cher's jacket was originally plain black but cropped and customised for her.

Nicole Richie was at the Macy's store in Glendale Calidornia a few days back for the launch of her new self-named Nicole by Nicole Richie perfume!
Matching in with the bottle, Nicole kept her outfit to neutral shades, in an Alberta Ferretti dress, gold bangles, and dark brown Brian Atwood heels.
