Carrie Underwood's Grammy night outfits featured some stunning touches!

Her silver Theia gown, worn on stage, took four people and 80 hours to create, the skirt featuring 10 yards of satin which were illuminated with butterflies, roses, and patterns as Carrie sang.

Off stage, there was another dazzling addition to Carrie's look.

Her black Roberto Cavalli gown being paired ith a diamond Johnathon Arndt necklace - worth a staggering $31 million!

Carrie said of the necklace she'd borrowed for the night: "It's heavy on my soul. I'm afraid someone's going to tackle me."

Former winner of the show Carrie Underwood was out for the American Idol Season 10 Finale on May 25.

A whole host of movie, music and tv stars glammed it up for last week's 2009 CNN Heroes Awards held at LA's Kodak Theatre.

Country singer Carrie Underwood looked stunning and, like Natalie Portman, was in cobalt blue wearing a strapless gown with well matched necklace and glittering Swarovski clutch.

Eva Mendes was elegant in a black Monique Lhuillier gown with gold detailing.

AnnaLynne McCord was in a simple sleeveless black satin sheath along with a glitzy golden clutch.
And Leona Lewis was in a black strapless dress with purple corset belt (rather like an inverted version of her last outfit.)
