Kate & Gwyneth's Pink Punk Styles

So, pink equals punk, right? That's what Gwyneth Paltrow certainly seemed to think, because not much else about her outfit seemed to match with the punk theme of the Costume Institute Gala exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum on May 6.

Gwyneth wore a mesh-insert design gown from Valentino along with Wilfredo Rosado earrings.

Also in pink, but much more punk, was Kate Bosworth who said she was like a warrior in the heavily embellished Balmain dress she said of "I feel like I'm wearing armour".

Kate completed her look with Christian Louboutin heels, and black clutch bag.

Gwyneth's Grey "GMA" Outfit

After talking up her new book (It's All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great) in L.A., Gwyneth Paltrow took it across the country to make some appearances in New York.

Gwyneth donned a slim grey Rag & Bone shorts suit for "Good Morning America", teaming it with ankle-strapped sandals.

Gwyneth Paltrow was at a signing of her book "It's All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great" in Beverly Hills on April 5.

Gwyneth was in her usual simple style, teaming a white top with a black top and shorts with a white blazer and black-and-gold striped Sergio Rossi sandals.

Gwyneth Paltrow's Jimmy Choo Shoes

Gwyneth Paltrow opted for chic black at the God's Love We Deliver gala in New York on October 15.

She showed off her Tracy Anderson-honed body in the cut-out Michael Kors dress was paired which white Jimmy Choo heels also featuring a cut-out.

Gwyneth Paltrow kept it simple wearing a black Louis Vuitton suit to the Louis Vuitton – Marc Jacobs Exhibition in Paris.

Leaving the day behind, Gwyneth was a picture of romantic elegance in a stunning Valentino gown and Bvlgari jewels.

Gwyneth Paltrow in Sparkling Stella McCartney

After all her book promotions, Gwyneth Paltrow was in New York for the star-studded Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty Costume Institute Gala on May 2.

Gwyneth has been on such a roll of great outfits that her nude Stella McCartney gown looks a little subdued, no matter how many crystals are on it.  The dress also bears a resemblance to her second Oscars gown making it even less an exciting look.

Completing the looking for Gwyneth were nude Louboutin pumps and some Fred Leighton gems.

Gwyneth Paltrow has been out promoting her new cookery book My Father's Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family & Togetherness and various events lately and one of her best looks was the navy blue Vionnet dress she wore with Aperlai heels. 

A few days earlier she had opted for super simplicity in a white sleeveless Stella McCartney dress along with Sergio Rossi heels.

Gwyneth Paltrow's Golden Oscar Looks

Gwyneth Paltrow donned two metallic gold looks for the Academy Awards last night (February 27).

She teamed her shimmering Calvin Klein dress with gorgeous Louis Vuitton jewels including colorful earrings and a brooch at the waist.

Simple, straightened hair co-ordinated with her arrival dress and the nude, sparkle-embellished Michael Kors gown she wore while performing her song from Country Strong.

The slit-bottom of her CK dress gave a peep of gold ankle-strapped Brian Atwood heels, but it was some simple gold pumps that were paired with her second dress.

She later added a gold Jimmy Choo clutch to the look while attending the Vanity Fair Post-Oscar Party.
