She went blonde to match Smurfette when the first Smurfs movie was released but for "The Smurfs 2" Katy Perry opted for a Smurfy-Blue outfit.

Attending the Smurfs 2 event at The 5th Annual Summer Of Sony in Cancun on April 22, Katy wore a blue lace dress from Monique Lhuillier with Jimmy Choo shoes, and blue-and-white framed sunglasses.

Cher & Katy's Billboard Styles

Red was the color for the Billboard Women in Music Awards in New York on November 30. 

Katy Perry opted for a ladylike red dress from Oscar de la Renta with jeweled belt from the designer too.

Adding a bit more glitz was some Effy jewels, and the gem detailing on her Oscar de la Renta shoes.

For Cher Lloyd is was a pair of red jeans with Topshop blazer jacket and black Sam Edelman ankle boots.

Katy Perry's Elle Magazine Yin-Yang Nail Look

Katy Perry is quoted in Elle as saying: “I can’t be the candy queen forever,” but that didn't stop her from taking over the cover in her colorful, candy style.

Katy, back when she had her purple hair, wore a pink Bottega Veneta hair to contrast with the bold pink background, and complimented the look with black-white yin-and-yang nails.

Katy tweeted a pic of the nails back in June. There are so many how-to guides for this yin-yang look out there but check out this one (under 3 minutes on youtube!) if you want to try the look.

You'd be forgiven for thinking Katy Perry's Part of Me premiere dress was vintage but the velvet, full-skirted frock was actually a very modern Dolce & Gabbana design.

Katy teamed the dress with her purple locks, Judith Leiber clutch and matching red heels. 

Jewelry consisted of Norman Silverman (v. appropriate surname for a jeweler don't ya think) earrings and a Tacori bracelet.

She's had her outfits gunged before so maybe prepping for just-incases, Katy Perry decided to go for a green gunge inspired top that it would've blended in just nice to, the same going for her asymmetric hem skirt (both it and the top designed by Gerlan) and those patent Prada peep-toe shoes.

Leaving the Live Lounge in London, Katy Perry looked fab in a cute button-up Valentino coat along with dotted tights and Topshop's cat face flats.

The Topshop flats are from a few seasons ago and are no longer available, unless you're really really lucky and find them in the sales section of a store somewhere, but you can get a similar style with Marc Jacobs' Mouse face flats which come in a number of colors and styles - this black pair is $195 at bloomingdales.

Fresh from the Oscar night events, Katy Perry was in Paris for Fashion Week on March 1.

Katy Perry's False Lash Look

Katy Perry was out to launch her false eyelash collection in California earlier in the week. 

Dressing up for the event, Katy went with an all blue them, teaming her blue mini bee-hive with two-tone Roland Mouret dress, Zanotti platforms, Solange Azagury-Partridge ring.

She even arrived in a blue convertible car!

Katy Perry's Grammy Gowns

Katy Perry just gets away with blue Elie Saab gown she wore for this year's Grammys.

On anyone else this would have been a gradma dress but Katy can rock it, the matchy blue hair obviously helps funk it up.

Completing the look was over $2 million worth of Norman Silverman diamonds.  The best parts of Katy's look were more in the details, just look at her blue-tipped nails!

She later crimped up her hair and donned a gold Gucci gown after her on-stage performance.
