Kimmie K's Yellow & Orange Look

Wearing a similar yellow-gold hue to Michelle Williams but going all-out in her dress was Kim Kardashian at  book signing in L.A..

Before the event Kim had Tweeted a pic of herself covered in yellow primer with the caption: 'Glamming up with @1maryphillips!!! A little confused by her new technique BUT I know it will be fab!'

She later followed up with: 'Flash a little bright but here's the after pic!!!'.

Kim's make-up did indeed look fab as did her Roland Mouret dress.

She wore it with snakeprint heels from Givenchy.

Celebs Without Make-Up - AnnaLynne McCords Beauty Secrets

It's been so long since the last stars without make-up post but it's a quiet week story-wise, so time for a filler.

AnnaLynne McCord spotted at the airport just a few days back (April 8) showing her natural curls and make-up free features.

She's spoken in the past about having problem skin, and uses Dermalogica to help combat outbreaks. She also mentioned in Shape magazine she uses Laura Mercier Undercover Pot.


AnnaLynne is naturally pretty but gives her skintone a color boost with NARS Bronzer, in Laguna, and NARS Cream Blush.

She has mentioned in magazine interviews uses on her lips Rock and Republic, or Tarte Lip Glosses.

Her brows are perfectly groomed but her lashes are barely visible and make such a difference to her.  She uses Estee Lauder Vibrating Mascara, which in her own words is "so awesome", and probably false lashes too.

She treats her hair with MoroccanOil, but if she wants to enhance her curls she spritzes in some Shu Uemura Salt Water Spray.

Celebs Without Make-Up - Kate Moss's Beauty Transforming Faves

It's been so long since the last Celebs Without Make-Up post here, but here's a quick look at Kate Moss's make-up faves, with more stars coming soon to make up for the lack of beauty posts.

Just days after an out of her usual style bombshell look, Kate went barefaced while shopping in Paris.  While it's more fitting with her carefree style to be more natural like in the January candids, Kate looks great with a more glam look too, as seen only about a week later.  Here's a look at a few of her beauty faves.

For a clearer skin look, Kate is said to be a fan of Laura Mercier Undercover Concealer and the celeb staple - Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat.

On the eyes, try MAC Smolder Eye Kohl, which Kate wore to her perfume launch. She recently told Vogue that it was her first boyfriend's mum who taught her how to achieve the smoky look: "I used to watch her - she'd pull her eyelid out, apply it, then rub.  Pull and rub!  Then just do the socket," she said.

She also told Vogue she loves Rimmel mascara.

Kate was spotted applying Dior Addict Lipstick, in 578 Charmed Pink, at a fashion show but for her reddier look here, no.554 Backstage Pink is probably better.

Vanessa Hudgens Candids in Ugg Scuffettes

Some candid shots of Vanessa Hudgens papped out and about in LA on May 20.

Make-Up free Vanessa was keeping it casual and comfy on her off day, wearing and Ugg Scuffette Slippers.

Mischa Barton Candids

Mischa Barton pictured as she walked to the set of The Beautiful Life, which, it was recently announced, has just been cancelled.

The make-up free Mischa arrived on the set in a blue denim jacket, Led Zeppelin tee and brown and orange skirt by Pendelton Meets Opening Ceremony.

Celebs Without Make-Up - Kim Kardashian

Reality star Kim Kardashian was blessed with some great features but just like everyone else she needs a little help to bring them out and turn herself into the stunning star we see out and about.

Kim's Make-Up Secrets
Kim has some amazingly well groomed and shaped eyebrows. She uses MAC Eyebrow Pencil, in Lingering to help fill hers out.

She also has good natural lashes but for big events she likes to go all out and usually opts for super long and full false lashes. She uses MAC or Red Cherry false lashes.

Some shimmering lip gloss is Kim's secret for plump looking lips. Among the ones she likes to use is Nars Lip Gloss, in Turkish Delight.

And a touch of blush up the cheekbones ensures a radiant and glowing look. Kim uses MAC Blush in Pink Swoon, Gingerly and Cheek.

Heidi is famed for her stunning looks but it seems make-up has a lot do with turning her from mom of three into sexy supermodel.

Celebs Without Make-Up - Jessica Biel

Jessica Biel has been quoted as saying "It's pointless and I hate it" when asked about make-up but the actress still knows that it's what turns her from a pretty gal into a red carpet worthy siren.

Jessica has good, flawless looking skin but she still needs a little color to give her a boost. Chanel Soft Pressed Powder and Powder Blush, in Nude are her secrets for a warm, but still natural look.

Jessica keeps her eyes and brows natural looking too, getting a little help from mascara, brown eyeliner and a little definition in her brows. According to Jessica's make-up artist, Kara Yoshimoto Bua, her secret to giving Jessica more lucious lashes is Chanel Extractils Mascara, in Noir.

Jessica needs no lip liner or fancy tricks to increase the volume of her lips, a slick of gloss is all that she needs. She uses Chanel Ultra Wear Lip Colour, in Rose Garnet.
