Winona's Venice Film Festival Style

Winona Ryder doesn't do the red carpet thing all the often but knows how to pull it off when she does.

Winona looked like a classic movie star as she attended the Venice Film Festival premiere of her new film The Iceman on August 30, wearing a lacy sweetheart neckline Dolce & Gabbana gown along with a matching clutch and House of Lavande vintage jewels.

Winona Ryder's Pricey SAG Awards Gown

It wasn't only Mila Kunis who stepped away from her signature dark shades at the SAG Awards.   Winona Ryder made like her Black Swan co-star and ditched her usual black for a white strapless Alberta Ferretti dress.

Some black beaded jewelry and her black bag accessories kept the look from being too frou frou or bridal.

The silk and tiered tulle gown, which is acutally described as a bridal dress, costs an amazing $7,385 at net-a-porter.

Overall Rating - 7/10 - A good effort from Winona.

Glam Star Styles at the Black Swan Premiere

The Black Swan stars were out in New York for the movie's premiere at the Ziegfeld Theatre on November 30.

Mila Kunis was stunning in her Elie Saab gown, Fred Leighton jewels and trademark sultry make-up.

Her heels were Christian Louboutin's gold toe-capped "Maggie" pumps.

Winona Ryder was another star to join those donning a menwear-inspired look recently in her black Givenchy suit.

Stephen Russell jewels and a Lanvin clutch adding some glitter-adorned glam.

And it was another black dress for Natalie Portman in her Christian Dior dress.
Jewels from the designer piled on the glam, while an Olympia Le-Tan clutch bag shaped like Nabokov's "Lolita" book added a quirky touch.

Winona & Mila's Black Swan Event Dresses

Winona Ryder and Mila Kunis were out on November 11 for the Black Swan closing night gala during the 2010 AFI Fest in Hollywood.

Winona looked lovely in a strapless Andrew Gn dress and vintage Neil Lane jewels. Her clutch bag was also vintage but her heels were v. modern Louboutins.

Mila was also lovely in black, donning an Oscar de la Renta dress. She looks quite a bit taller than Winona, but those were some super high Christian Louboutin "Madame Butterfly" peep-toes she was wearing.

Mila's gorgeous platform heels are $945 on-line at barneys.com, but you can steal her style with DSW's $44.95 "Miss Jocelyn" peep-toe pumps.

The Marie Claire Prix de la Mode Awards

The Marie Claire Prix de la Mode 2008 awards were held in Madrid, Spain last week.

Winona Ryder, fresh from a health scare off a flight at London, Heathrow, was looking pretty in a neutral color gown.

And model Sasha Pivovarova, who appears on the magazine's December cover, dressed up in a teal Alberta Ferretti Spring/Summer 2009 gown teamed with a gold Louis Vuitton Clutch.
