Get the Look for Less - Charlize Theron's White Oscars Peplum Look

Turning her Mad Max-crop blonde gave Charlize Theron a fresh new look for the Oscars on February 24. 

The upcoming movie was filmed in South Africa and Charlize showed off the tan she got in the white strapless Dior design and bronze glow-enhancing Harry Winston jewels.

OK, now this isn't exactly that much like Charlize's, but for under $60.00, you can't complain at this White Laundry Peplum Maxi Dress for a style steal for her Oscars look.

Charlize Theron's Make-Up Look

Talking to Fabulous Magazine in June 2012, make-up artist Pati Dubroff revealed how she created Charlize Theron's smoky-eyed look for the London premiere of Snow White and the Huntsman.  

For the skin, she applied Suqqu Frame Fix Lasting Pact Foundation and used Suqqu Concealer, in 02 underneath the eyes to hide any dark circles.

Making a frame for the amazing eyes, she used  Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz, in Ash Blonde to shape and define Charlize's eyes.


For the smoky look itself she used Christian Dior 5 Color Eyeshadow Palette, in Smoky Design along with NARS Cream Eyeshadow, in Lili Marlene and she applied NARS Larger than Life Long-Wear Eyeliner, in Madison Avenue into the inside rim of the lower lashes and repeated for a richer effect).


The eyes were completed with a few coats of Dior Diorshow Extase Instant Oversize Volume Mascara, in Black.  And Shu Uemura Partial Soft Cross False Eyelashes were also applied to the outer edges.


The lips were kept fairly neutral so as not to clash with the eyes, and Dior Addict Lipstick, in Beige Perfection was the color selected.

RMK Ingenious Jelly Cheeks, in JE-05 added colour to the cheeks.

Charlize Theron's Red Peplum Look

Back in L.A. from London, Charlize Theron attended the 2012 MTV Movie awards at Studio City on June 3.

Charlize donned a peplum dress from Lanvin along with Lanvin clutch, and strappy Jimmy Choo shoes.

Taking Snow White and the Huntsman to Madrid, Charlize Theron and Kristen Stewart stuck to the classic color palette they've been wearing of late.

Charlize donned a red long-sleeve Giambattista Valli dress with simple beige heels and Dana Rebecca Designs earrings.

Kristen went with a navy/black BCBG Max Azria dress and kept her hair in a chic side plait. Her heels were the same Christian Louboutins she wore for the Berlin event.

Charlize Theron's Black Rag & Bone Top

A simple black and white, top and skirt combo did the trick for Charlize Theron at the Snow White and the Huntsman event in Berlin.

Charlize off-set the look with Dana Rebecca Designs earrings and metallic Giuseppe Zanotti heels.

Kristen & Charlize's Gothic Black Looks

It's based on a Grimm tale so Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron both opted for dark and slightly gothic-style dresses for the London premiere of Snow White and the Huntsman.

Kristen, whose hair was up in a gorgeous bun, donned a Marchesa gown and jewels from Kara Ackerman.

Charlize, went with a sheer-skirted Christian Dior gown, also wearing her hair in an up-do showing off her Solange Azagury-Partridge drop earrings.

Some very sultry looks were on show at the Cinematheque Awards held in Los Angeles on March 27.

Olivia Wilde was in a sexily sequined Moschino dress teamed with metallic peep-toes, Maia N clutch and smoky-eyed make-up.

Jennifer Garner was gorgeous in a navy blue J. Mendel dress along with Bulgari jewels and some simple black pumps.
