Cher Lloyd's Star and Anchor Vogue Event Necklace

Cher Lloyd was at the Teen Vogue Back-To-School Event at L.A.'s The Grove on August 11. 

Cher teamed her print top and leather mini skirt with black studded Jeffrey Campbell boots, and a whole bunch of mixed Tarina Tarantino jewelry.
