Doutzen Kroes was at the 9th Annual Spring Dinner Dance New Year's In April: A Fool's Fete event in New York on April 10.
Doutzen went for an all purple look in a Rachel Roy ensemble with top that had some cheeky cut-outs and black cumberband detail.
