Doing her bit as L'Oreal ambassador, Andie MacDowell attended the 6th annual L'Oreal Paris Women of Worth awards on December 8.

Andie, who is now 53 years old - and looking great!, was the picture of elegance in a navy blue sequin-covered dress.
