Olivia Palermo was looking gorgeous with her new darker hair and wearing a zingy orange shade as she attended an event in Tokyo, Japan on May 14.The event was for Tibi and Olivia did the brand proud managing to pull off hard to wear orange and some navy cargo pants from the Tibi collection.
