90210 star Jessica Lowndes at the Bebe-Kardashian Fashion Presentation held in LA on March 13.Jessica was glam in a belted, sexy little Bebe dress with sweetheart bustier top and blue printed skirt. She also wore some strappy heels and carried a studded black Runaway clutch.
