A few pics of Sara Paxton taken back last month when she was in St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles with her beau Nico Tortorella, whilst promoting the island.Sara, who appeared in now-cancelled The Beautiful Life, with Mischa Barton, was in a flirty little, bow detailed bikini, which I'm pretty sure is the "Captiva" bikini by designer Tomas Maier.
