Demi Lovato at the People's Choice Awards 2010, held at Nokia Theatre in LA on January 6.Demi wore a cobalt blue dress by designer Jenny Packham (also worn by Taylor Swift).
And, like Taylor, she paired her dress with some silver peep-toe heels, but added her own touch with a dazzling Carrera y Carrera necklace.
