Taylor Momsen snapped out on the set of Gossip Girl with co-star Matthew Settle in New York City on December 11.Despite the chilly weather Taylor showed off her long legs in a teeny red mini skirt but her fab floral tights added a little coverage.
As for the rest of the outfit Taylor stayed warm in a grey coat, scarf, hat and fingerless gloves. A black and gold studded Be & D bag and lace-up booties completed the look.
