The dress is from the Spring 2010 collection, so might not be available in shops just yet.
Norstrom and Neiman Marcus sell various dresses from the Tadashi collections, so they might stock soon.
The dress is available now and is selling out!!! You can find it at Saks and Nordstrom with limited sizes.
