Kate Moss out at the Topshop Unique show at London Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2010 on September 20.The model was along with the store owner Sir Philip Green and his daughter Chloe Green for the event, to which she wore a floral embroidered jacket, white shirt, shorts, snake skin heels and a grey trilby.
