Miley Cyrus at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards, held in LA, on Sunday August 9.Miley was like a rock chick on the red carpet, wearing a white Hanes tank and shimmering Haute Hippie mini skirt with a ton of mix and matched jewelry, including Irit and Loree Rodkin necklaces. The heels are by Giuseppe Zanotti.
During the show Miley donned a glitzy Jenny Packham dress to present an award to Britney Spears and pick up some of her own surfboards.
