Britney Spears at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards, held in LA on August 9.Picking up the surfboard award for Ultimate Choice, from Miley Cyrus, Britney sparkled in a shimmering little black dress by Roberto Cavalli and some strappy black shoes.
Miley wore a sparkling Jenny Packham dress and Christian Louboutin pumps as she presented the award.
