Hayden's Latest Handbag Line

Hayden Panettiere became the face of Dooney & Bourke last year and last week she was in the store to promote the store's Spring 2009 line.

Included the the new collection is the "Hayden Clutch", which was created by Hayden and designer Peter Dooney and features a gold plated lion head inspired by Hayden's star sign Leo.

Hayden told People Magazine “Instead of putting my name on it, I put a lions head on it. It’s a way of representing me,” and the shape of the clutch was also her idea. “I asked if I could design a clutch because it’s something that I’ve familiar with because I carry them around all of the time.”

The bag, costing $295 will come in a variety of colors from red, black, white, brown, hot pink (which is Hayden’s favourite) purple and blue.
