Miley Cyrus at her 16th birthday celebration in Disneyland.The Hannah Montana star's birthday isn't actually til November 23 but she's celebrating it now as she'll be too busy closer to the actual day.
She wore a shimmering Kaufman Franco dress and blue Brian Atwood heels to the event.

Hi, I'm just curious as to where to by the dress because I've looked on the website and cannot find it !
I just answered another comment on this designer and it seems items by Kaufman Franco are very hard to find.
Barely anywhere on-line seems to have any items.
If this dress isn't on the official site it could be that it was identified wrong and is by someone else or it may have been specially made for Miley's birthday.
You could contact some of the phone numbers or email addresses on kaufmanfranco.com and see if they might know any more info.
