Paris Hilton never fails to bring a smile to most people's faces but it seemed out shopping, she decided she could do with a little extra help, wearing a navy Jean-Charles de Castelbajac top with smiley face shoulders.

Paris was shopping for Halloween outfits as she wore the top, and bought her two super cute pooches looks too. Next stop was a cafe with boyfriend Cy Waits, where we see Paris's dark blue denim leggings and the gold Tory Burch flats she ditched her Louboutin heels for.

Selena Gomez has been travelling across Europe the last few days to promote her new album A Year without Rain.
