We've been waiting to see Miley's hair on the red carpet and she didn't let down, rocking the crop in an upward fashion that made Lady Gaga tweet: "@mileycyrus u out-dressed+styled everyone last night. If anyone gives you s**t about that haircut pay no mind. u look like Brigitte Nielson".
Miley wore a black Emilio Pucci dress that was stunning from every angle - low in the front, high in the legs and with sheer mesh insterts at the back.
