Lana wore a simple look of white tee, dark jeans, white loafers.
Loafers are definitely THE footwear to have right now, and to think this was a trend that started with Scott Disick.
If you can't find any similar in the shops right now (and there are so many, you should be able to) get a similar look with the Amiana Slip-On Loafers which are $52.00 at amazon.
