Rachel McAdams was at the Journey 2: The Mysterious Island premiere in L.A. Just like in New York, she opted for a blue Peter Som design.
Rachel teamed the look with a simple blue clutch and black pumps combo. Luckily Rachel also wore some underwear below the top, because if you've seen this top on the runway, it's completely sheer and see-through!
