Bringing in the new year in her usual mega-watt style, Paris Hilton donned a plunge-front, and heavily-embellished mini for a NYE party in Miami.
Not sure on the dress designer but pretty positive she's donned this dress before.
Her Louboutin Maykimay would probably have had a bit of a snowblinding effect with this dress so Paris teamed it with a leather Treesje clutch instead.
