Olivia Palermo at the Target Event

It's been a little while since Olivia Palermo has been on here, but here she was bringing her usual touch if chic to the red carpet for the Target Kaleidoscopic event in New York a few days back.

Along with her striped blazer, ruffled shirt and black leather shorts, Olivia wore red velvet shoes from French Sole.

For jewels it was a few of her signature pieces, plus Noir's Pave Metal Pyramid Bracelet (on-line at zappos.com).

Love this look apart from the striped blazer (it reminds me of Beetlejuice, lol).
