Hilary Swank and Melanie Laurent out in Paris for the Natalia Vodianova Etam Spring/Summer 2010 Collection Launch held at the Hotel Ritz on January 25.Hilary was beautiful and bold in a cobalt blue Elie Saab dress, paired with simple black accessories.
