Hilary Duff pictured out on July 24 in LA. The actress wore a jeans and tee combo with some Christian Louboutin heels, Christian Roth sunglasses and a red patent bag. Hilary is the new face of Femme for DKNY jeans(which she co-designed), so she could be wearing them here but not really sure.
And her "New York New York" t-shirt, is rather fitting since she'll soon be appearing in Gossip Girl which is based in the city.
